Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. Once your order leaves our facility, you can expect delivery within 5 to 13 business days depending on your location.

We know how exciting it is to receive your new jewelry, and we do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible. While the majority of orders arrive well within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can occur due to carrier volume or customs processing for international orders.

If your order has not arrived within 22 business days of your purchase date, you are eligible for a full refund. Simply reach out to our support team with your order details and we will make it right promptly.
